Mridula Baljekar
Mridula Baljekar is an award-winning cookery writer, broadcaster, and chef. Born and raised in Assam, India, she moved to England where she built a successful career as a cookbook author, having written over 27 Indian cookbooks, including the best-selling 'Complete Indian Cookbook'. She has appeared on numerous UK and Indian television programs, owned a contemporary Indian restaurant in Windsor, and worked as a consultant for major food retailers.
