Bhakti Mathur
Bhakti Mathur is an Indian-born author of children's picture books best known for the "Amma, Tell Me" and "Amma, Take Me" series that introduce Hindu festivals, mythology and historic sites to young readers. A former banker who transitioned to full-time writing, she founded Anjana Publishing and has published multiple titles for children. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Hong Kong, has freelanced for the South China Morning Post, runs storytelling and writing workshops, and is a credentialed ICF coach.
