Bad Magic

Magic is a concept that Clay, who has seen one too many shows, believes to be "BAD," meaning fake and unreal. He never suspects magic is involved when words from his own journal mysteriously appear as graffiti on his school wall. This act lands him at Earth Ranch, a camp for "troubled" children located on a remote volcanic island. However, at Earth Ranch, strange surprises unfold, and Clay no longer knows what to believe: he may be talking to a llama, he may have seen a ghost, and there is a scary secret in an abandoned library. With nothing being as it seems behind the volcanic smog (vog), Clay must solve the riddle of Earth Ranch before trouble erupts.
