Jody McGrath's dolphin dreams are coming true as her whole family sails around the world researching dolphins, which she records in her Dolphin Diaries. Upon arriving in the Caribbean, Jody befriends a new dolphin named Frida. However, she becomes outraged when she discovers that other dolphins have been captured and are living in dirty, unhealthy conditions to be used for tourist entertainment. Jody then sets out to try and help these captured dolphins win their freedom.
