Time and Time Again

In the near future, former Special Forces soldier and adventurer Hugh Stanton, a man adrift following a personal tragedy, is recruited by a group of brilliant scholars to undertake an insane mission: to travel back in time. The year is 2024, but his destination is June 1st, 1914. Stanton's objective is to prevent the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo, the spark that ignited World War I, and thus prevent the 'collective suicidal madness' that destroyed European civilization and caused misery for millions in the century to come. Armed with his knowledge of future history and military expertise, Stanton must navigate the complexities of Edwardian Europe, facing the immense challenge of altering the past with a single, crucial action, and confronting the unforeseen, potentially catastrophic consequences that even the smallest change might bring to the future he knows.
