Once Broken Faith

Politics have never been October “Toby” Daye's strong suit. After returning from the Kingdom of Silences with a cure for elf-shot and preventing a war, the events she set in motion threaten to change the balance of modern Faerie forever. She is ordered to appear before a historic convocation of monarchs, hosted by Queen Windermere and overseen by the High King and Queen themselves. Naturally, things barely get underway when the first dead body shows up, leading to a tense, bloody affair. As the only changeling in attendance, Toby is the target of suspicion and hostility. She must find a killer before they strike again, and with the doors locked to prevent an escape, no one is safe. Toby has to race against time to prevent the total political destabilization of the West Coast and save the convocation, or the cure for elf-shot may be buried forever.
