Amanda Locke, the beautiful daughter of a duke, is in her third season and has yet to find a husband. While she is considered one of the most popular debutantes, her pickiness has left her without a match. Her father, the Duke of Norford, takes matters into his own hands by hiring Devin Baldwin to act as a matchmaker. Devin, a talented horse breeder with a reputation for successfully pairing couples in the ton, is tasked with helping Amanda find her perfect gentleman. As Devin teaches Amanda the finer points of courtship and how to attract the right kind of attention, the two find themselves fighting a powerful attraction to one another that threatens to upend all of their carefully laid plans.
