Alex Rutherford

Alex Rutherford is the joint pen name used by British historians and writers Diana Preston and Michael Preston. As Alex Rutherford they are best known for the historical fiction sextet Empire of the Moghul, an epic retelling of the Mughal dynasty. The Prestons have a background in non-fiction history and travel writing and live in London.
