Kate Furnivall
Kate Furnivall is a British historical novelist, best known for her debut novel, The Russian Concubine, which was inspired by her mother's experiences as a White Russian refugee. She was raised in Penarth, Wales, and later worked in publishing and advertising before becoming a full-time author. Her books, which are often set in the first half of the 20th century in various international locations, have been translated into over twenty languages and have appeared on the New York Times Bestseller list.
