Count Nikolai Dmitrievich Tolstoy-Miloslavsky (born 1935) is a British historian, author and public figure of part-Russian descent. He has written widely on 20th-century history, forced repatriations after World War II, Celtic mythology and biography, and is known for works such as Victims of Yalta (published in the US as The Secret Betrayal), Stalin's Secret War and The Tolstoys: 24 Generations of Russian History. Tolstoy was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and has been active in monarchist and émigré organisations; he has also stood as a UKIP parliamentary candidate in several elections.
