Joe Abercrombie
Joe Abercrombie is an English author of epic fantasy novels and a former film editor. He is best known for 'The First Law' series, which includes trilogies and standalone novels set in the same world, as well as a young adult series called 'Shattered Sea'. His work is characterized by dark, ironic, and often humorous themes, featuring morally ambiguous characters and gritty realism. Abercrombie's debut novel, 'The Blade Itself', was published in 2006.
