Janet Skeslien Charles
Janet Skeslien Charles is an American novelist and long-time resident of Paris, born in Conrad, Montana. She is the author of Moonlight in Odessa (2009) and the internationally bestselling The Paris Library (published 2020), books that draw on her experiences teaching in Ukraine and working at the American Library in Paris. Her shorter work has appeared in publications including the Chicago Tribune, The Sydney Morning Herald and the anthology Montana Noir. Her fiction has been translated into many languages.
