Louis L'Amour
Louis L'Amour (born March 22, 1908) was an American novelist and short story writer best known for his prolific output of Western fiction. Over his career he wrote dozens of novels and hundreds of short stories, many featuring rugged frontier settings, strong moral themes, and action-driven plots. His works popularized the American Western and have been translated into multiple languages and adapted for film and television.
