Jennie Rooney

Jennie Rooney is a British author born in 1980 in Liverpool. She studied History at the University of Cambridge and taught English in France before training and working as a solicitor in London and Paris. Her debut novel, Inside the Whale, was shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award. She is also known for her novel Red Joan, which was adapted into a 2018 film.
