Ryan Ruby

Ryan Ruby is a critic, novelist, and translator. He is the author of the novel 'The Zero and the One' (2017) and the book-length poem 'Context Collapse' (2024). His criticism has appeared in various publications including The New York Times, The Nation, Poetry, and The Baffler. He is a recipient of the Albert Einstein Fellowship and the Robert B. Silvers Prize for Literary Criticism. He has taught creative writing at the Berlin Writers' Workshop and lives in Berlin.
