Michael Rosen
Michael Wayne Rosen is a prolific English children's author, poet, broadcaster, and academic. Known for his humorous verse and accessible approach to poetry, he has written over 200 books for children and adults. He served as the UK Children's Laureate from 2007 to 2009 and is a professor of children's literature at Goldsmiths, University of London. His work often draws on his own childhood experiences and addresses serious themes such as grief and illness with humor and hope.
