Michael Rex is a New York Times bestselling author and illustrator of over fifty books for children, known for his work in picture books, early readers, and graphic novels. He is perhaps best known for his Halloween-themed parody 'Goodnight Goon'. His 'Fangbone!' graphic novel series was adapted into an animated television show. He holds a master's degree in arts education and previously taught high school art.
