Mike Berenstain is an American writer and illustrator of children's books, known for his work on the Berenstain Bears series. He is the son of the original creators, Stan and Jan Berenstain, and took over authorship of the series after their deaths. He has also written and illustrated his own books, often focusing on fantasy or educational themes. Berenstain studied at the Philadelphia College of Art and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
