Jasmine Warga
Jasmine Warga is an American author of children's and young adult literature. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she earned degrees in history and art history from Northwestern University and an MFA in creative writing from Lesley University. After working as a middle school science teacher, she began her writing career. She is a #1 New York Times-bestselling author known for works such as 'Other Words for Home', which received a Newbery Honor, and 'A Rover's Story'. She currently teaches in the MFA program at the Vermont College of Fine Arts and lives in the Chicago area.
