Douglas Preston

Douglas Jerome Preston is an American journalist and author, best known for his thriller novels co-authored with Lincoln Child, including the Agent Pendergast series. He has also written several solo novels and numerous nonfiction books on science, exploration, and history. Preston previously worked at the American Museum of Natural History and has taught nonfiction writing at Princeton University. He has served as the President of the Authors Guild.
