Jed L. Rubenfeld is an American legal scholar, professor at Yale Law School, and author. He is an expert on constitutional law, privacy, and the First Amendment. In addition to his academic work, he has written historical fiction novels, including the international bestseller 'The Interpretation of Murder'.
