Veronica Stallwood

Veronica Stallwood is a British novelist best known for her Kate Ivory series of mysteries set in and around Oxford. Born in London, she lived in Athens and Beirut as a child and later worked in publishing and as a cataloguer in the Bodleian and other Oxford college libraries. Her fiction blends contemporary crime plotting with historical research and academic settings; she has also written two non-series novels.
