Jeff Smith (born February 27, 1960) is an American cartoonist and graphic novelist best known as the creator, writer, and artist of the acclaimed comic epic Bone. Self-published through his Cartoon Books imprint, Bone blended comic-strip humor with epic fantasy and has been collected in multiple editions, including color editions produced for Scholastic. Smith's work has won numerous industry awards and he has also produced other graphic projects such as RASL and Tüki.
