Sean Thomas Russell (born 30 January 1952) is a Canadian author best known for his fantasy novels (published as Sean Russell and S. Thomas Russell) and historical naval fiction. His early fantasy work includes The Initiate Brother duology and the Moontide and Magic Rise duology; later he published historical naval novels featuring Royal Navy protagonist Charles Hayden. He has also collaborated with Ian Dennis under the joint pseudonym T. F. Banks.
