Chill Factor Book Three of the Weather Warden

Weather Warden Joanne Baldwin, who has previously protected the human race from monster storms, died, was reborn as a Djinn, and then restored to her original form, is now on a desperate mission. She is throwing the dice to stop an infinitely powerful, deeply disturbed kid named Kevin from bringing on a new ice age or a global environmental disaster. Kevin, who has stolen the power of the world's most powerful Warden, Lewis, and has bottled the most powerful Djinn, Jonathan, has holed up in a Vegas hotel. Joanne and her Djinn, David, must catch up to Kevin and Jonathan before their immense and carelessly used power triggers a global environmental catastrophe. Complicating matters are the Wardens, a secret organization, and a new force, Ma'at, all with their own agendas.
