Police A Harry Hole Novel

A vindictive killer is stalking Oslo's streets, murdering police officers at the scenes of old, unsolved cases they investigated, but failed to solve. The killings are extremely brutal, and the police urgently need their best investigator, Detective Harry Hole. Harry, however, is missing or in no position to help, having been severely wounded in a previous case and now trying to live a quiet life after promising the woman he loves, Rakel Fauke, he would leave his dangerous work behind.
