Her Fearful Symmetry

Aunt Elspeth has willed her London apartment, which borders Highgate Cemetery, to her twin neices on the conditions that they live in the apartment for a year before they can sell it and their parents cannot enter it. The girls move in and become involved with the neighbours, Valentina, one of the neices, discovers that Elspeth's ghost is haunting the apartment. While the neighbours finds out a secret from Elspeth's past, Valentina and her sister devise a plan to free Valentina from her role as the quiet twin, but all does not go to plan.
