The Transaction

"Told in a cinematic, darkly humorous, present tense, The Transaction leads De Angelis to a small town perched somewhere in Sicily's hinterland to negotiate a straightforward real estate deal. While en route, however, the train he is on breaks down. Unable to reach his local go-between, he must spend the night in a squalid whistle stop.
