The Coast Road A Novel

Set in County Donegal, Ireland, in 1994 before divorce was legal, this poignant debut novel explores the lives of women in a claustrophobic coastal town and their fight for independence. It centers on two women: Colette Crowley, a writer who returns after leaving her husband and sons for a lover in Dublin, and Izzy Keaveney, a housewife trapped in an unhappy marriage.
