Ghost of a Chance

Karma Marx is an exorcist who clears haunted houses of troublesome spirits. Desperate for an uncontested divorce from her cheating, sleazy realtor husband, Spider, she agrees to clean one last home for him. The house, on Washington's Olympic Peninsula, is sealed by the poltergeist Adam, its former owner, trapping Karma, her foster child, Spider, and a motley assortment of characters (living and not-so-living) inside. When Spider is found dead, it becomes a locked-room mystery, and Karma must investigate the murder, determined to find the truth among all the mansion's inhabitants—mortal and otherwise.
