In the shadow of the snow-capped Canadian mountains, by the edge of a cool, calm river, lived a family of peaceful moose. Their newest member was very small—a tiny little moose with the softest of fur and deep dark eyes. As he grew older, the little moose began to venture alone into the forest and one day came across a gathering of other forest baby animals playing and frolicking in the vast valleys. The other animals teased Little Moose because of his size, but size does not always demonstrate strength, and it is Little Moose that truly becomes King of the Forest.
