A Crane Among Wolves

1506, Joseon. The reign of King Yeonsangun has plunged the kingdom into a state of terror and opulence at the expense of his people. When Iseul’s older sister is kidnapped by the King’s men to be part of his collection of 'flowers,' Iseul leaves her village and travels to the capital, determined to bring her sister home. Along the way, she crosses paths with Prince Daehyun, the King’s younger half-brother, who is living in disguise and secretly plotting to overthrow the tyrant. Forming an uneasy alliance, Iseul and Daehyun navigate a dangerous world of court intrigue and rebellion.
