Lucky Penny

Penny Brighton is a disaster. She has lost her job, she has lost her apartment, and she is currently living in a storage unit. Despite her string of bad luck and a penchant for making poor decisions, Penny is determined to get her life back on track. She finds a new job at a laundromat and begins navigating the complexities of adulthood, which include dealing with her eccentric friend's cat and a burgeoning, albeit awkward, crush on a boy named Walter who is younger than she initially realized. This graphic novel follows Penny's hilarious and relatable journey as she struggles to find her footing and prove that she can eventually catch a break.
