Teresa 'Toots' Loudenberry has a knack for finding adventure, and even at seventy-five, she has no intention of slowing down. Seeking a new challenge, she decides to launch a celebrity gossip magazine called 'The Scoop' and enlists her three lifelong best friends—Sophie, Mavis, and Ida—to help.
