Emerson, Georgia, and Marley became inseparable after meeting at a weight-loss camp as teenagers. Years later, following Emerson’s tragic death due to complications from her weight, Georgia and Marley are left to fulfill her final request: a list of goals they had all made as teens to complete 'once they were thin.' As they tackle these challenges, the two women are forced to confront their lifelong struggles with body image, grief, and self-loathing. Georgia must navigate a toxic relationship with her family and her own eating disorder, while Marley struggles to move past the survivor's guilt of losing her twin. Ultimately, the journey isn't about the weight they lose, but about the self-love they gain as they learn to embrace themselves exactly as they are.
