Bad Island

When Reese and his family—Lyle, Karen, and Janie—are forced to go on a boating trip, they unexpectedly become shipwrecked on a mysterious island. What starts as a simple bad vacation quickly turns terrible, as the island is teeming with strange and dangerous plants and animals, as well as a mysterious entity on the hunt. The castaways must find a way to escape while dodging the island's dangerous inhabitants. The narrative also presents a parallel tale of an ancient alien war between crab monsters and giant rock creatures, with the two stories dramatically and fantastically weaving together by the end.
