Four years after the sudden death of his wife, Jo, bestselling novelist Mike Noonan is still tormented by grief and writer's block. Plagued by vivid nightmares of their isolated summer home in Maine, called 'Sara Laughs,' he reluctantly returns to the lakeside retreat to confront his fears.
