Emily Woof

Emily Woof (born 1967) is an English actor, playwright and novelist. Raised in Newcastle upon Tyne, she studied English at St Catherine's College, Oxford, trained in physical theatre in Paris, and has worked extensively in film, television and theatre. Her novels include The Whole Wide Beauty (2010) and The Lightning Tree (2015); she is also the author of stage pieces and radio plays and has written and directed short films.
