Afrim Pristine
Afrim Pristine is a Canadian cheese expert, Maître Fromager (Cheese Master), television host, and author. He is the co-owner of Toronto's iconic Cheese Boutique, a family-run business for over 50 years. Pristine has dedicated over 25 years to mastering cheese, earning the rare title of Maître Fromager from the France-based Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, making him the youngest recipient and the only Canadian to receive this honor. He is the host of the Food Network Canada docu-series "Cheese: A Love Story" and the bestselling author of "For the Love of Cheese." He is known for his passion, warmth, and expertise in the world of cheese.
