Stella Sands

Stella Sands is the bestselling author of six true-crime books, including 'Baby-Faced Butchers,' 'The Dating Game Killer,' 'Behind the Mask,' 'Murder at Yale,' 'Wealthy Men Only,' and 'The Good Son.' She also authored a children's book, 'Odyssea,' and numerous educational books. Sands served as the editor-in-chief of the award-winning magazine 'Kids Discover' for nineteen years and has appeared on television shows such as 'People Magazine Investigates,' 'ABC's 20/20,' and 'Investigation Discovery.' Her plays have been produced in New York City theaters. She recently transitioned to writing fiction with her mystery novel 'Wordhunter,' which was an Amazon Editor's Best Book of 2024. She lives in Sag Harbor, New York.
