Karl Newson
Karl Newson is an internationally best-selling, multi-award-winning children's author and illustrator. He grew up in Norwich, England, and was inspired to write his first story when his children were small. His stories have been translated into over 30 languages worldwide. He currently lives in London in a house filled with plants and books. He enjoys writing in rhyme and prose on various themes and subjects. His books have been shortlisted for numerous awards, including the Booktrust Storytime Prize, Sainsbury's Children's Book Award, Oscar's Book Prize, and the Alligator's Mouth Award. He also writes nonsense poetry and contributes to children's book blogs.
