Deanna Raybourn (born June 17, 1968) is an American bestselling novelist known for her Victorian-era Lady Julia Grey mysteries and the Veronica Speedwell Victorian mysteries, as well as contemporary thrillers. A sixth-generation Texan, she graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a double major in English and history and previously taught high school English. She lives in Virginia with her family.
