Cleyvis Natera
Cleyvis Natera is a Dominican-born American novelist, essayist, and educator. She immigrated to the United States at the age of ten and grew up in New York City. She is the author of the critically acclaimed debut novel 'Neruda on the Park' and the forthcoming 'The Grand Paloma Resort'. Natera teaches creative writing at Barnard College of Columbia University and Montclair State University, where she leads the development of an M.F.A. in Bilingual Creative Writing.
