Robert Morgan
Robert Morgan (born 1944) is an American poet, short story writer, and novelist known for his exploration of Appalachian culture. He taught at Cornell University for over fifty years, retiring as Kappa Alpha Professor of English Emeritus in 2022. His work includes the national bestseller 'Gap Creek', which was an Oprah's Book Club selection, and a biography of Daniel Boone.
