Hwang Bo-reum

Hwang Bo-reum is a South Korean author who previously worked as a software engineer at LG Electronics before transitioning to a career in writing. She gained international recognition with her debut novel, 'Welcome to the Hyunam-dong Bookshop', which became a bestseller in South Korea and was translated into multiple languages. She is also the author of several essay collections, including 'I Read Every Day', 'I Tried Kickboxing for the First Time', and 'This Distance is Perfect'.
