S. J. Parris

S. J. Parris is the pseudonym of author and journalist Stephanie Merritt. She is best known for her historical thriller series featuring the 16th-century philosopher and spy Giordano Bruno. Merritt studied English literature at Queens' College, Cambridge, and has worked as a critic and feature writer for various publications, including The Observer and The Guardian.
