Julie Parsons is an author born in New Zealand who moved to Ireland in 1963. Before becoming a full-time writer of psychological thrillers and crime novels, she had a varied career including working as a radio and television producer for Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ). Her debut novel, 'Mary, Mary' (1998), was an international success.
