Ayelet Tsabari
Ayelet Tsabari is an acclaimed Israeli-Canadian writer of Yemeni descent. Her work often explores themes of identity, migration, Mizrahi Jewish culture, and the immigrant experience. She is the author of the short story collection 'The Best Place on Earth', the memoir 'The Art of Leaving', and the novel 'Songs for the Brokenhearted'. She has taught creative writing at various institutions, including the University of Guelph and the University of King's College.
