Werner Zimmermann

Werner Zimmermann is an award-winning Canadian children's author and illustrator. Born in Austria, he grew up in southern Ontario. He is known for his work on books such as the 'Farmer Joe' series, 'A Porcupine in a Pine Tree', and 'Snow Day'. In addition to his creative work, he has taught figure drawing and picture book illustration at colleges including Seneca and Humber College.
