Tim Warnes is an English children's book author and illustrator who has been publishing books since 1995. Known for his vibrant, cartoon-like illustrations and whimsical storytelling, he has created over 80 titles, many of which feature animal characters. He often collaborates with his wife, illustrator Jane Chapman, and lives in the Dorset countryside.
